BIM TEAM started in 1977 as a structural calculations office and grew into a group of five companies: design and engineering, shop drawings, a steel plant, project delivery and workforce. BIM TEAM's work runs on KORA, the system we built ourselves.
Our story
We started in 1977 as a structural calculations team. Moved through steel design, early Tekla adoption, and entered BIM when no one in Israel was talking about it yet.
Instead of waiting for software to fit us — we built it. Instead of being another firm, we created a group of 5 companies with one specialty: engineering that works in the field.

Our steel projects are modelled in Tekla and managed on top of Trimble Connect, from the model to the plant and the site.
AI-first
The system we built for ourselves manages accounts, contracts, and crews with AI. Not for hype — because it works.
Full ownership
Design, supervision, construction and supply within the group and coordinated as one, instead of a chain of subcontractors who do not talk to each other.
