Ramot
A permit-holding corporation for employing foreign workers in construction — a strategic group partnership.

What we do
Ramot holds a permit from the Population and Immigration Authority to employ foreign workers in construction, in accordance with procedure 9.4.0001, and is a strategic joint venture of the group. Recruitment and arrival of workers under Israel’s bilateral agreements, placement of skilled laborers at construction sites nationwide, management of work permits, visas and employment terms, operational guidance and on-site workforce management, and responsibility for housing, safety and regulatory compliance — the employer duties that fall on the corporation rather than on the contractor.
How to verify this
In construction, a contractor may not employ a foreign worker directly — employment must go through a permit-holding corporation. Ramot’s permit can be verified in the authorized construction corporations list published by the Population and Immigration Authority.

These are the trades procedure 9.4.0001 permits, and only these. Employment is on construction sites only, fixed in a written agreement between us and you.

Before you take on a foreign worker
You cannot employ directly
In construction a contractor may not employ a foreign worker himself. Employment must go through a corporation holding a dedicated permit from the Population and Immigration Authority.
The corporation is the employer
Wages, medical insurance, housing and reporting are the corporation’s duties, not yours. That is exactly what reduces your exposure — and exactly why it matters who you pick.
The agreement protects you
Procedure 9.4.0001 requires the corporation to sign a written agreement with you stating that the workers will be employed on construction sites only and only in the four approved trades. That is not boilerplate — it is the document that keeps you out of unlawful employment.
The quota belongs to the corporation
Procedure 9.4.0001 sets no cap on how many workers a contractor may take, and no ratio to Israeli workers. The quota sits with the corporation, so the practical question is how many we can supply and when.

Why through the group
Most manpower corporations supply workers and stop there. Ramot operates inside a group that builds — so the supervision, the design and the steel can come from the same place.

Common questions
Can I employ a foreign worker directly?
No. In construction, employment must go through a corporation holding a permit from the Population and Immigration Authority.
How does a permit-holding corporation differ from an ordinary manpower company?
An ordinary manpower company may not employ foreign workers in construction at all. A permit-holding corporation holds a dedicated permit and carries the employer duties — wages, medical insurance, housing and reporting.
How many workers can I take?
Procedure 9.4.0001 sets no limit on you. The quota sits with the corporation, so the practical question is how many we can supply and when.
Who is responsible for housing and insurance?
The corporation. It is part of the permit conditions, not an add-on service that can be waived or passed to you.
How soon can I get workers?
It depends on availability at the time — how many workers, which trade, and where the quota stands. That is why we do not print a figure here: any number on a website would be a guess, and it would break the first time it was wrong. Ask about your specific site and trade and you will get a real answer within one business day.
What if a worker is not right for the site?
You call us and we handle it. The exact terms — how quickly and at whose cost — are set in your agreement rather than on a website, because they vary with the scope of the engagement. What does not vary: the corporation is the employer, so dealing with the worker is our job, not yours.
How do I verify that Ramot holds a permit?
In the authorized construction corporations list published by the Population and Immigration Authority. The link is on this page.
