bimteam.co.il is operated by BIM TEAM Engineering and Consulting Ltd and presents the BIM TEAM group companies. Use of the site is subject to these terms and to the privacy policy.
What the site is
The site gives information about the group, its services and projects we have delivered. The information is general and meant to introduce us. It is not engineering advice, not a quote and not a commitment. A binding proposal is given only in writing and signed by the relevant company.
We try to keep the information correct and current. It may contain errors or change, and figures shown as live are updated from our systems and may change.
Intellectual property
All content on the site, including text, images, films, models, drawings, logos and design, belongs to the group companies or to rights holders who allowed us to use it. Do not copy, publish or use it commercially without written permission. Sharing a link to a page is fine.
The names and marks Trimble, Tekla and Trimble Connect belong to Trimble Inc. They are mentioned to describe our work and our status as an authorised reseller.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site in a way that harms it or other users, such as trying to break into systems, running automated crawlers under heavy load, sending spam through the forms or submitting another person’s details without permission.
Portals
The employee, partner and client portals are for people who were given access only. Their use is also subject to the agreement or permission given to you.
Links to other sites
The site links to services of others, such as WhatsApp, social networks, Trimble Connect and government registers. We are not responsible for their content or how they operate.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by using or relying on the general information on the site. Nothing in these terms limits a right the law grants that cannot be waived.
Accessibility and privacy
We work to make the site accessible under the Israeli standard. The details, and how to reach the accessibility coordinator, are in the accessibility statement. How information is collected on the site is described in the privacy policy.
Law and jurisdiction
Israeli law alone applies to use of the site. The competent courts of the Southern District have exclusive jurisdiction.
